Location is great! near the shinchon station, you can get many places easily by subway. Staffs are nice. The streets near the hotel is good, there are many restaurants and stores.
The room is very dirty, air conditioner dont work, bathroom is dirty and dont offer any bath faclities, only shampoo and body soap. I think they dont clean the room everyday. I could see spider net in the bathroom.

Very near universities ( Yonsei and ewha university ), so many students around, many place to get cheap meals and also for shopping. Some of hotel staff speak english and very friendly.
For someone who came to korea for the first time, it was very difficult to find the hotel because the address was not clear enough

The place where hotel is located is very good (Sinchon neighbourhood), next to the subway station Sinchon. The staff and facilites of this place are OK for it's price and range.
I quite like that place, although customers may know it is a Love Hotel, surrounded by thousands of Love Hotels.... Btw, it's common that foreign people stay in that kind of places, while locals stay just for some hours :DD ....No worries during day or night!

Location is in shinchon next to hongdae, it's a lively environment with many shops, restaurants and clubs. If you take the subway the different palaces and bukcheon/insadong are just a few stops away.
The hotel is a love hotel and so are the other ones around. This is not a place where you want to bring children and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room could be better. The staff doesn't speak English.

Good price for such a location. Room is spacious, which is worth for the money you pay. Basically this hotel is slightly cheaper than the hotels nearby. Staffs are nice.
It's an old hotel. Wallpaper, tables are old. Old and broken computer in the room and left unfixed. I can't bear the toilet bowl having stool stain that has never been cleaned since the first night I check in.

The hotel was right in the middle of the "Love hotel" area in Shinchon which gave it a rather sketchy vibe. Otherwise it functioned fine as a hotel room, and was at a reasonable price.
